Buena (backed by GV) macht alles rund um Immobilien so einfach und transparent wie den Kauf eines ETFs. Ob Suchen, Kaufen oder Finanzieren einer Wohnung. Wir tun das, indem wir Hausverwaltungen in ganz Deutschland übernehmen und in Technologieunternehmen verwandeln. In den vergangenen drei Jahren sind wir mit weniger als 25 Vollzeitmitarbeitern im HQ zur drittgrößten Hausverwaltung Deutschlands geworden.

ÜBER DIE ROLLE

Als Outbound Sales Agent (m/f/d) bist du für das vordere Ende unserer M&A-Maschine verantwortlich. Jede Hausverwaltung in Deutschland ist ein potenzielles Übernahmeziel. Dein Job ist es, sie zu finden, sie zu erreichen und einen Austausch zu starten.

Den größten Teil des Tages verbringst du am Telefon, im Gespräch mit Inhabern und Entscheidern. Den Rest baust du die Listen und Kampagnen, die diese Anrufe erst möglich machen. Du arbeitest aus dem Büro, in engem Austausch mit unserem CCO, Thies, und dessen Team.

VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

- 80–90 % deiner Zeit ist Outbound, vor allem Anrufe bei Inhabern und Entscheidern von Hausverwaltungen in ganz Deutschland.

- Du recherchierst, enrichst und strukturierst Daten zu Unternehmen, Entscheidern und Kontaktdaten.

- Strukturierte Outbound-Kampagnen fahren. Telefon zuerst, dann E-Mail und LinkedIn. Du führst das Playbook aus und bringst zurück, was funktioniert.

- Entscheider identifizieren und die Tür öffnen. Du startest die Gespräche, aus denen am Ende ein Deal wird.

DU PASST, WENN DU

- Aktuell an einer deutschen Hochschule eingeschrieben bist oder für ein Vollzeit-Praktikum von mindestens 3 Monaten verfügbar bist.

- In Berlin wohnst oder wohnen möchtest du von unserem Büro aus arbeiten willst.

- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sprichst.

- Den größten Teil des Tages am Telefon verbringen kannst, ohne dass es dich stört.

- Tech-affin bist. CRMs, Tools, Datenhandling: Du lernst schnell und brauchst keine Begleitung.

Starkes Signal: Erste Erfahrung in Outbound Sales, Recruiting oder einer ähnlichen Rolle, in der du zum Telefon greifen und mit Fremden mit einer Absicht sprechen musstest.
