SO SIEHT DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH AUS:

  • Produktion planen: Du planst gemeinsam mit uns, was in der nächsten Woche produziert wird, und sorgst dafür, dass alle Zutaten und Materialien rechtzeitig da sind.
  • Überblick behalten: Du steuerst die Produktion, damit alles läuft wie geplant – in größeren Mengen und in gleichbleibender Qualität.
  • Rezepte entwickeln: Du entwickelst eigene Bio-Rezepturen für unser Glas-Sortiment, von der Idee bis zur Serienreife.
  • Einkochen meistern: Du arbeitest dich ins Einkochen und Haltbarmachen ein und baust dein Know-how dort Schritt für Schritt aus.
  • Im Team vorangehen: Du leitest eine Küchenkraft an, arbeitest eng mit unserem Metzger zusammen und ziehst das Team mit.
  • Qualität sichern: Du verantwortest Hygiene und Qualität, inklusive Dokumentation und Einhaltung der Bio-Richtlinien.
  • Selbst mit anpacken: Du planst nicht nur, sondern packst auch selbst mit an – zum Beispiel beim Bereitstellen der Zutaten.

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Kochausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch oder Köchin.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung: Idealerweise hast du schon Verantwortung übernommen, zum Beispiel als Souschef, Schichtleitung oder stellvertretende Küchenleitung.
  • Erfahrung mit großen Mengen: Idealerweise hast du schon in Großküche, Catering, Kantine oder Lebensmittelproduktion gearbeitet.
  • Organisationstalent: Du denkst voraus, planst gern und behältst auch in stressigen Phasen den Überblick.
  • Ergebnisorientierung: Du arbeitest eigenständig, und am Ende zählt für dich, dass ein gutes Produkt herauskommt.
  • Lust auf Neues: Du entwickelst gern eigene Rezepte und hast Lust, dich ins Einkochen einzuarbeiten.
  • Hygiene-Know-how: Du gehst sicher mit Hygienestandards (HACCP) um.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse: Du verständigst dich sicher in Wort und Schrift, denn Absprachen und Dokumentation gehören dazu.
  • Körperliche Fitness: Säcke mit bis zu 20 kg zu heben ist für dich kein Problem.
  • Zuverlässigkeit: Du kommst zuverlässig zu Arbeitsbeginn zu uns nach Freudenberg.
