Notre client, un acteur majeur en gestion immobilière, recherche un(e) gestionnaire régional(e) des opérations pour assurer la gestion d'un important portefeuille de sites liés aux activités de gestion de patrimoine d'une grande société bancaire.

Description du poste

Relevant de la direction des opérations, le ou la gestionnaire régional(e) des opérations sera responsable de la performance opérationnelle d'un portefeuille de plus de 100 sites à travers le Québec. La personne assurera la coordination des activités de gestion des installations, le suivi des projets et le maintien de relations de qualité avec les clients et les principales parties prenantes.

Ce rôle exige une excellente capacité de gestion, un sens aigu du service à la clientèle et la capacité d'évoluer dans un environnement organisationnel complexe.

Responsabilités

  • Superviser les opérations de gestion des installations pour un portefeuille multisite de plus de 100 emplacements.
  • Assurer la qualité des services et le respect des engagements opérationnels envers le client.
  • Développer et maintenir des relations professionnelles avec les dirigeants, les clients et les parties prenantes.
  • Superviser les projets liés aux installations et coordonner les interventions nécessaires.
  • Identifier les possibilités d'amélioration et mettre en place des mesures visant à optimiser les opérations.
  • Analyser les résultats opérationnels, suivre les indicateurs de performance et préparer les rapports de gestion.
  • Coordonner les activités avec les équipes internes et les différents intervenants dans une structure organisationnelle complexe.
  • Effectuer des déplacements au Québec et en Ontario selon les besoins du portefeuille.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience significative en gestion des installations (Facility Management) et en opérations immobilières.
  • Expérience en gestion de portefeuilles multisites.
  • Expérience en supervision de projets et en amélioration continue des opérations.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en gestion des relations clients et en communication avec des cadres supérieurs.
  • Fort sens du service à la clientèle et capacité à offrir un service professionnel de haut niveau.
  • Bonnes capacités d'analyse, de suivi des indicateurs et de production de rapports.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à évoluer dans une organisation complexe.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Disponibilité pour se déplacer au Québec et en Ontario.
