Notre client est une firme reconnue en ingénierie du bâtiment, regroupant près de 15 ingénieurs et collaborateurs chevronnés. Fortement établie dans son domaine, lentreprise offre un environnement collaboratif et stimulant, avec des projets variés dans les secteurs résidentiel, commercial et institutionnel. Dans le cadre de sa croissance, elle souhaite accueillir un(e) ingénieur(e) en structure du bâtiment expérimenté(e), intéressé(e) à simpliquer à long terme et à évoluer vers un rôle dassocié(e).

Responsabilités principales

  • Concevoir, analyser et superviser des projets de structure pour divers types de bâtiments (neufs et existants).
  • Produire et valider les calculs, plans et devis en conformité avec les normes et codes en vigueur.
  • Assurer la coordination avec les architectes, ingénieurs multidisciplinaires et entrepreneurs.
  • Participer à la gestion technique et au suivi de projets, de la conception à la réalisation.
  • Encadrer et soutenir les ingénieurs juniors et dessinateurs au besoin.
  • Contribuer au développement stratégique et à la croissance de la firme en vue dun rôle dassocié(e).

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme universitaire en génie civil ou génie du bâtiment option structure.
  • Membre en règle de lOIQ.
  • Minimum de 5 années dexpérience pertinente en ingénierie des structures du bâtiment.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de langlais (oral et écrit) bilinguisme obligatoire.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, leadership et intérêt marqué pour une implication à long terme.
  • Excellentes habiletés en communication et en travail déquipe.
