Bulls Media is an international digital marketing company. As we expand into new business areas, we’re looking for entrepreneurial, commercially minded individuals to help build and lead new ventures and subsidiaries.

About the Role

You’ll work alongside fellow venture leads and company leadership to turn business opportunities into profitable operations. The role combines business strategy, digital marketing and hands-on execution, with shared responsibility for launching ventures, managing day-to-day activity and driving growth.

Extensive management experience isn’t essential. We’re looking for strong business judgment, initiative and the ability to make things happen.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate business opportunities, research markets and competitors, and build actionable business plans.
  • Set targets, monitor revenue, costs and profitability, and turn performance data into business decisions.
  • Build relationships with partners and service providers, and coordinate internal teams.
  • Take ownership of operational challenges, remove obstacles and keep the business moving forward.

Requirements

  • A strong business understanding of digital marketing, including acquisition channels, conversion funnels, monetization and profitability.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, commercial ambition and a strong motivation to achieve measurable financial results.
  • The ability to take initiative, make decisions and motivate others to act.
  • Previous experience building a business, launching a project or owning commercial results is an advantage.
  • Practical knowledge of AI tools and the ability to integrate them into daily workflows to improve efficiency, decision-making and business performance.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to track KPIs, interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate opportunities, identify trends and solve business problems.
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong operational skills: prioritization, attention to detail, problem-solving and follow-through.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to share ownership while remaining accountable for your responsibilities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with uncertainty and changing priorities.
