Zur Unterstützung unserer Geschäftsführung suchen wir am Standort Köln zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit eine/n

Referent/in der Geschäftsführung (m/w/d)

  • Wir bieten eine hybride Arbeitsweise: Gerne im Büro, kombiniert mit der Möglichkeit remote zu arbeiten, wenn es zu dir und deiner Tätigkeit passt.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei strategischen, organisatorischen und kommunikativen Themen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Briefings, Reportings und Entscheidungsvorlagen inklusive Entwicklung klarer Storylines
  • Inhaltliche Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Terminen, Sitzungen und Projektrunden
  • Kommunikationsarbeit und Koordination als Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung, Direktionen sowie Dienstleistern und externen Partnern
  • Recherche, Analyse und Aufbereitung von Themen rund um Medienproduktion, Technologie, Innovation und Markttrends
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Produktionsentwicklung, Kommunikation und Unternehmensstrategie inkl. schrittweise Übernahme eigener Projektverantwortung

Sie passen zu uns, wenn Sie:

  • ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt Medien, Marketing oder Kommunikation beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mitbringen und Interesse an Medien, Technologie, Kommunikation und Live-Sport haben
  • idealerweise 3 bis 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mitbringen
  • komplexe Sachverhalte schnell erfassen, analysieren und adressatengerecht aufbereiten können, sowohl schriftlich als auch in Präsentationen
  • strategisch und analytisch denken sowie ein gutes Gespür für Sprache, Zielgruppen und wirkungsvolle Kommunikation mitbringen
  • eigenständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig arbeiten sowie Themen engagiert und mit hoher Eigeninitiative voranbringen
  • sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren und die MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere PowerPoint, Word und Excel, routiniert einsetzen
