💻 Fullstack Developer – Bunker DB (LATAM)

¿Te gusta crear productos escalables y ver cómo tu código tiene impacto real en miles de usuarios? 🚀 En Bunker DB estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) para sumarse al equipo de Technology, y ayudarnos a seguir construyendo una de las plataformas de análisis y marketing más potentes de LATAM.

Tu desafío será diseñar y desarrollar soluciones end-to-end, combinando visión técnica, performance y experiencia de usuario. Trabajarás en una plataforma innovadora y dinámica, junto a equipos multidisciplinarios que valoran la autonomía, la colaboración y la excelencia técnica.

🎯 Tu rol y responsabilidades

Vas a tener la oportunidad de:

  • Empujar la visión técnica de largo plazo para componentes críticos de la plataforma.
  • Diseñar sistemas y arquitecturas escalables, seguras y resilientes, con impacto en múltiples equipos.
  • Desarrollar “hands-on” tanto en backend (Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, AWS) como en frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript).
  • Definir y mantener el roadmap técnico, asegurando entregas de valor en plazos definidos.
  • Liderar con el ejemplo, levantando estándares de calidad, eficiencia y buenas prácticas a lo largo de Bunker DB.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con Ingeniería, Producto, Diseño y Plataforma para crear soluciones de alto impacto.
  • Mentorear a otros ingenieros y contribuir al crecimiento técnico del equipo.

🧠 Qué nos entusiasma encontrar

  • +8 años de experiencia en desarrollo (consideramos perfiles desde 5 con seniority comprobable).
  • Experiencia sólida en Node.js y React, idealmente con frameworks modernos (NestJS, Next.js).
  • Trayectoria en empresas de producto reconocidas.
  • Experiencia en arquitectura, escalabilidad y performance de sistemas complejos.
  • Familiaridad con entornos ágiles (Scrum/Kanban) y trabajo colaborativo.
  • Perfil técnico, curioso y autónomo, con orientación a resultados.

🌟 Qué te ayudará a tener éxito

  • Tener +5 años de experiencia total en desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia sólida en Node.js y TypeScript (excluyente).
  • Conocimiento de sistemas de colas y mensajería (SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Step Functions, Lambda u otros).
  • Haber trabajado con servicios distribuidos y arquitecturas escalables.
  • Experiencia relevante en el diseño y desarrollo de servicios y sistemas de alta calidad.
  • Haber liderado técnicamente proyectos complejos que involucraron múltiples equipos de ingeniería e impacto transversal en la plataforma.
  • Experiencia en la implementación de mejores prácticas de ingeniería, optimizando la eficiencia y la calidad del desarrollo.
  • Brillar en entornos colaborativos, trabajando junto a equipos multidisciplinarios (producto, data, tech, growth, etc.) con distintos niveles de expertise.
