Por eso, buscamos sumar al equipo un/a Strategic Account Owner que lidere la estrategia de una cartera de cuentas Enterprise, impulsando su crecimiento, fortaleciendo relaciones de largo plazo y generando valor para nuestros clientes.

El Strategic Account Owner tendrá un rol clave dentro del equipo, siendo el principal referente de la relación con el cliente y coordinando equipos internos para asegurar una ejecución de excelencia. Será quien conecte los objetivos de negocio de cada cuenta con las capacidades de Bunker, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y acompañando a los clientes en el logro de sus resultados.

Buscamos un perfil estratégico, consultivo y orientado a resultados, con excelentes habilidades para construir relaciones de confianza, coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y generar impacto en organizaciones de gran escala.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar la relación con clientes estratégicos, comprendiendo sus objetivos de negocio y actuando como principal punto de contacto.
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento para cada cuenta, identificando oportunidades de expansión y generación de valor.
  • Liderar procesos de renovación, asegurando la retención de las cuentas y fortaleciendo relaciones de largo plazo con los clientes.
  • Comprender y monitorear los principales indicadores de negocio y de la cartera para identificar oportunidades de mejora y alcanzar los objetivos definidos.
  • Coordinar equipos internos de Customer Success, Marketing Science, Data Support, Producto y Comercial, asegurando la correcta ejecución de proyectos, entregables e iniciativas alineadas con la estrategia de cada cuenta.
  • Promover la adopción de nuevas soluciones y funcionalidades de Bunker, identificando oportunidades para ampliar el impacto de la plataforma dentro de la organización del cliente.
  • Experiencia de 5 años o más gestionando cuentas estratégicas o Enterprise.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Experiencia en empresas de Martech, AdTech, Marketing Analytics o industrias relacionadas.
  • Experiencia liderando relaciones con stakeholders de nivel ejecutivo.
  • Historial comprobable impulsando crecimiento de cuentas, renovaciones y expansión comercial.
  • Conocimientos en Marketing Digital, Paid Media, Social Media, Analytics, Attribution, CRM o Marketing Measurement.
  • Pensamiento estratégico y orientación a resultados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y construcción de relaciones.
  • Capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios e impulsar iniciativas de forma transversal.
