Som Category Manager får du ansvaret for at udvikle, optimere og vækste din egen kategoriportefølje – og blive en central sparringspartner på tværs af organisationen.

Bunzl Distribution Danmark A/S i Greve har 75 ansatte og leverer varer, løsninger og services inden for fødevareemballage, hygiejne løsninger, værnemidler og maskiner, til fødevareproducenter, supermarkeder, convenience og industri. Du får kommercielt ansvar for egen produktportefølje

I rollen som Category Manager får du ansvar for sourcing, salgsperformance og indtjening inden for en bred portefølje af produkter. Du arbejder med både strategisk kategoriudvikling og de daglige kommercielle beslutninger, der sikrer et konkurrencedygtigt og værdiskabende sortiment.

Du vil få en dyb indsigt i produkter, materialer og leverandører. Du vil blive en del af et netværk i indkøb, både nationalt og internationalt. Det er en fordel, hvis du allerede har specialiseret viden om branchen.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Udvikle og optimere produktporteføljen baseret på BI, analyser, kundebehov og markedstrends
  • Gennemføre kommercielle forhandlinger med leverandører i ind- og udland
  • Udarbejde og vedligeholde kategori- og konceptstrategier
  • Rådgive og sparre med salgsorganisationen i udbudsforløb
  • Supportere salgsorganisationen med produktnyheder og kategoriudvikling
  • Deltage i kundebesøg og salgsmøder sammen med salgsteamet
  • Vedligeholde og sikre datakvalitet i vores ERP-system

Rollen indebærer tæt samarbejde med salg, marketing, supply chain og produktsikkerhed. Du vil have stor kontaktflade til både danske og internationale leverandører. Du refererer til Indkøbschefen, og stillingen indebærer cirka 5-8 rejsedage om året.

Er du god til at finde løsninger og skabe resultater?

Vi lægger vægt på, at du har følgende kvalifikationer:

  • Kommerciel eller akademisk videregående uddannelse
  • Erfaring fra indkøb, kategoriudvikling eller lignende kommerciel funktion
  • Solid forretningsforståelse og stærke analytiske evner
  • Struktureret og datadrevet tilgang til beslutninger
  • Gode samarbejds- og kommunikationsevner
  • Digitalt mindset og erfaren bruger af ERP-systemer
  • Behersker dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale
