Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI & Automation Specialist to drive the design, development, and implementation of intelligent automation solutions across our organization. In this role, you will analyze business processes, identify efficiency bottlenecks, and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies (including generative AI, machine learning, and RPA) to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support strategic digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI and automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency across various business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive AI integration.
  • Design and optimize machine learning models and algorithms for data analysis and predictive analytics.
  • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to the organization’s objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of AI systems, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to staff on AI tools and automation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in AI development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
