Bei der Mittelstars GmbH rücken wir den deutschen Mittelstand ins Rampenlicht! In unserem wöchentlichen Video-Podcast geben wir führenden Gründer*innen und Branchenexpert*innen eine Bühne für ihre Erfolgsgeschichten.

Um unsere Formate auf das nächste Level zu heben, unser Netzwerk auszubauen und das kommerzielle Potenzial unserer Reichweite voll auszuschöpfen, suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit für die operative Leitung, Monetarisierung und das Partnermanagement in Berlin.

Deine Rolle

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das operative Geschäft und die wirtschaftliche Skalierung unseres Podcasts. Du verbindest reibungslose Arbeitsabläufe mit strategischem B2B-Partnermanagement von der Akquise und Betreuung von Werbepartnern/Sponsoren bis hin zur Umsetzung monetarisierbarer Content-Kooperationen.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Du entwickelst attraktive Sponsoring- und Kooperationspakete (z. B. Sonderfolgen, Gastauftritte) und betreust unsere Werbepartner von der Erstansprache bis zum Reporting.
  • Du identifizierst und gewinnst hochkarätige Partner, die nicht nur inhaltlich, sondern auch strategisch und wirtschaftlich zu unserem Netzwerk passen.
  • Du steuerst das Kampagnenmanagement, stellst die fristgerechte Umsetzung aller vertraglichen Sponsoring-Leistungen sicher und behältst Umsätze sowie die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung im Blick.
  • Du koordinierst den gesamten Produktionsablauf, hältst Redaktion, Videografie und Marketing zusammen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Veröffentlichungszyklus.
  • Du identifizierst neue Einnahmequellen und optimierst bestehende Prozesse kontinuierlich.
  • Du analysierst die Performance von Kooperationen, erstellst aussagekräftige Sponsor-Reports und nutzt Daten zur Nachfassansprache und Upselling.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Operations, Business Development oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Podcast-Umfeld.
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen und Partnerschaften sowie ein starkes Gespür für B2B.
  • Du bist verhandlungsstark, verstehst die Bedürfnisse von Werbekunden und kommunizierst souverän mit Sponsoren und Entscheidungsträgern aus dem Mittelstand.
  • Du arbeitest unternehmerisch, lösungsorientiert, übernimmst Verantwortung und behältst auch bei komplexen Aufgaben stets den Überblick.
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Host, Media Team und Marketing ist für Dich selbstverständlich, um kreative Formate strategisch und kommerziell erfolgreich umzusetzen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Englisch von Vorteil).
