Deine Rolle

Als inhabergeführtes Unternehmen im Immobilienbereich suchen wir für BERMUC Verstärkung in der Immobilienverwaltung (m/w/d) die mit Leidenschaft, Genauigkeit und organisatorischem Geschick überzeugt.

Wenn Du gerne eigenverantwortlich arbeitest, den Überblick über mehrere Objekte behältst und als zuverlässige Schnittstelle zwischen Verwaltung, Vermietung und internen Abteilungen agierst, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig!

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

  • Eigenständige kaufmännische Verwaltung unseres Immobilienbestands
  • Betreuung der Mieter sowie Steuerung des Mietvertragsmanagements
  • Organisation und Abwicklung von Wohnungsübergaben und -abnahmen
  • Koordination und Nachhaltung von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen
  • Laufende Korrespondenz mit Mietern, Dienstleistern und Behörden

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Immobilienkauffrau-/mann, oder eine vergleichbare immobilienwirtschaftliche Qualifikation.
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Mietverwaltung oder Objektbetreuung.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Diskretion sowie ein freundliches, verbindliches Auftreten.
  • Du verfügst über einen PKW-Führerschein.
