Bij Four Energy zorgen we voor duurzame warmte en elektriciteit in heel Nederland. We helpen huishoudens en bedrijven met slimme energiesystemen die klaar zijn voor de toekomst. Omdat we steeds minder aardgas gebruiken, hebben we juist meer stroom nodig – en dat terwijl het stroomnet daar niet altijd op berekend is. Toch lukt het ons om die overstap te maken. Met slimme oplossingen zorgen we ervoor dat het wél werkt, ook als er krapte is op het elektriciteitsnet.

Functieomschrijving

Wil jij klanten écht helpen en bijdragen aan een duurzame toekomst? Als Business supportmedewerker bij Four Energy ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en speel je een sleutelrol in de klanttevredenheid en in het soepel laten verlopen van projecten. Als klantenservice medewerker bij Four Energy krijg je een veelzijdig en verantwoordelijk takenpakket. Je helpt klanten met vragen over hun contract, onderhoud, tarieven en verbruik. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol bij de inrichting en coördinatie van warmte en energieprojecten. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden zijn de juiste mensen op de juiste plek waardoor alles op rolletjes loopt. Je beantwoordt ook vragen van stakeholders en verwerkt bijbehorende administratie zoals betalingsregelingen en verhuizingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Klanten te woord staan via telefoon, e-mail of chat en hun vragen beantwoorden over hun energie-installatie en warmte- en koude levering, tarieven en contracten.
  • Je hebt veel contact met onze samenwerkingspartners en verwerkt bijbehorende administratie zoals betalingsregelingen en verhuizingen.
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen (zoals techniek of facturatie) om problemen op te lossen en klantvragen efficiënt af te handelen. Denk aan storingen, facturatieproblemen en verhuizingen.
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden, zoals het inrichten van een project administratie, het verwerken van klantgegevens, betaalregelingen en contractwijzigingen.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten in de dienstverlening en klantprocessen en deze actief aandragen binnen de organisatie.

Wat vragen wij

  • Minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring als helpdeskmedewerker of in klantcontact is een pré
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrif
  • Klantbeleving staat bij jou op nummer 1
  • Je hebt ervaring met of affiniteit voor de energiesector of technische installaties
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen, facturatiesoftware en andere relevante tools is een pre
