BUYME is looking for an experienced, commercially driven, hands-on Head of Sales to join our Partnerships team.



We're looking for a true sales professional with a strong network and deep understanding of the Israeli market. Someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships with decision-makers, identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.

At the heart of this role are our partners , the businesses that bring BUYME's world of gifts and experiences to life.

We're looking for a natural people person who enjoys connecting with different types of businesses and people, building strong relationships, and finding creative solutions.

In this role, you'll lead sales across multiple BUYME products and solutions while managing a small sales team. You'll stay close to the action, work alongside your team, and take an active part in driving deals forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales activities across multiple BUYME products and solutions.
  • Identify and acquire new business partners and customers across various market segments.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and develop new commercial opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Develop tailored value propositions and creative commercial solutions.
  • Lead complex negotiations and strategic meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a small sales team, setting targets and driving performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a great partner experience and successful execution.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of significant sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end sales processes and commercial negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of the Israeli market and a strong, relevant professional network.
  • Experience working with businesses, retail chains, commercial groups, or large organizations.
  • Previous management experience or significant experience leading a sales team.
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into results.
  • A hands-on mindset and willingness to be actively involved in sales activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a solution-oriented approach.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in loyalty programs or consumer clubs.
  • Background in eCommerce, Retail, or Marketplace companies.
  • Experience with delivery platforms, digital commerce, credit card companies, benefits platforms, or digital wallets.
