BUYME is looking for a B2B Sales Manager to join our team! 🧡

We're looking for a people person with a passion for sales, a drive to succeed, and a talent for building connections and spotting opportunities.

Someone who's hardworking, committed, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A true team player who takes ownership, manages multiple priorities, and knows how to deliver results, even under pressure.

What You'll Do

  • Drive BUYME's B2B growth by acquiring new business customers.
  • Identify sales opportunities and turn them into successful deals.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes with business clients.
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored BUYME solutions.
  • Manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet targets and deadlines.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve performance and drive results.
  • Be a true ambassador for BUYME in the business market.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in the Israeli market – Must.
  • Bachelor's degree – Must.
  • Valid driver's license – Must.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport.
  • Strong business acumen, professionalism, and the ability to read people and situations.
  • Confident negotiation skills and the ability to lead sales conversations.
  • Independence, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and perform well under pressure.
  • Strong work ethic, commitment, and motivation to achieve results.
  • Great storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence others.
  • Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow.
  • A collaborative spirit and a genuine passion for working with people.
  • A can-do attitude and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Tech-savviness and adaptability in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
