The posting

As an Executive Assistant Intern, you will work directly with our leadership team to manage daily tasks, coordinate schedules, handle communications, and ensure seamless operations. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and eager to develop CEO-level operational and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks.

• Assist with partnership outreach, business development, and project management.

• Organize and maintain files, documents, and reports.

• Research and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.

• Provide general administrative support to the CEO and leadership team.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Experience with email management, scheduling, and administrative work.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).

• Familiarity with Canva and basic graphic design is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
