Position: Sales Representative (100% Commission-Based)

Are you a driven salesperson who loves closing deals and making unlimited income? The Building Wealthy Families Sales Team is looking for high-energy individuals who are ready to take control of their financial future. This is a 100% commission-based position, meaning your earnings are directly tied to your performance—there is no cap on how much you can make!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Representative, your role is to reach out to warm and cold leads via email, phone calls and introduce them to the program and close the sale. The more people you enroll, the more money you make—it’s that simple.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads via email and phone

• Present the benefits of our offers.

• Answer questions and guide potential members through the enrollment process.

• Close sales and maximize your monthly earnings.

Compensation & Earnings Potential

This is a 100% commission-based position, meaning you get paid based on the number of people you enroll. You will receive 15% commission for every sale.

Our Products and services range from $7 - $75,000

What You’ll Do:

  • Contact and follow up with hundreds of warm leads provided to you through our CRM (Go High Level)
  • Build relationships, qualify prospects, and close high-converting offers
  • Track conversations and client pipelines through GHL
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences that drive conversions

Requirements:

  • Experience using Go High Level CRM (must know how to navigate, pipeline, and follow up)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and hit weekly sales targets
  • Comfortable with a commission-only role
  • Background in digital offers, automation, or entrepreneurship is a plus
