Descrição da vaga

Atuar no suporte e na execução das atividades de Backoffice, garantindo a eficiência dos processos, a confiabilidade das informações e o suporte às áreas de negócio por meio da análise de dados, elaboração de relatórios e melhoria contínua dos processos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

1. Executar e acompanhar as rotinas administrativas e operacionais da área de Backoffice, garantindo a conformidade dos processos; 2. Coletar, validar, consolidar e analisar dados para geração de relatórios gerenciais, indicadores e dashboards; 3. Desenvolver e atualizar dashboards em Power BI para suporte à tomada de decisão; 4. Elaborar apresentações, relatórios e indicadores para atendimento às demandas da liderança local e da matriz; 5. Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e apoiando a implementação de planos de ação; 6. Mapear, revisar e propor melhorias em processos e controles internos, contribuindo para o aumento da eficiência operacional; 7. Apoiar projetos de implementação e melhoria de sistemas, garantindo a aderência às necessidades do negócio; 8. Atuar em parceria com equipes internas e áreas clientes, assegurando o alinhamento das informações e o cumprimento dos prazos; 9. Participar de reuniões com stakeholders locais e internacionais, prestando suporte às demandas da área; 10. Garantir a organização, qualidade e confiabilidade das informações utilizadas pela área de Backoffice.

Requisitos e qualificações

1. Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Ciência de Dados, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas; 2. Experiência em atividades de Backoffice, análise de dados ou áreas administrativas; 3. Conhecimento avançado em Excel; 4. Experiência na criação e manutenção de dashboards em Power BI; 5. Vivência na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de desempenho; 6. Experiência com melhoria de processos e controles operacionais; 7. Conhecimento em sistemas ERP será considerado um diferencial; 8. Inglês avançado para comunicação oral e escrita, com capacidade para interação frequente com equipes globais.
