Descrição da vaga

O Especialista Fiscal será responsável pela análise, validação e conformidade das obrigações fiscais, assegurando o correto cumprimento da legislação tributária, bem como pelo acompanhamento de indicadores e riscos fiscais. Atuará de forma estratégica no suporte à tomada de decisão, por meio de análises técnicas, dados e evidências, contribuindo para a eficiência, segurança e excelência dos processos fiscais da companhia.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Validação de Faturas: Verificar os dados NF-e/NFSe/CT-e (chave de acesso, NCM, CFOP/CST, valores, impostos) em relação aos pedidos, recibos e legislação tributária; resolver rejeições da SEFAZ.
  • Codificação e Cálculo de Impostos: Aplicar os valores corretos de NCM e CFOP/CST; confirmar as alíquotas de ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS e ISS; validar a elegibilidade para créditos tributários.
  • Conciliação de 3 Vias: Conferir faturas, pedidos de compra e comprovantes de recebimento de mercadorias quanto à precisão de quantidade/valor; lidar com recebimentos parciais e saldos em aberto.
  • Conciliação: Alinhar os dados do Razão Geral, sub-razões fiscais e SPED; apoiar os envios de EFD-ICMS/IPI e EFD-Contribuições.
  • Conformidade e Auditoria: Manter registros prontos para auditoria; auxiliar em auditorias fiscais; acompanhar os prazos de pagamento de impostos.
  • Melhoria de Processos: Atualizar os POPs; otimizar os fluxos de trabalho de verificação; Treinar as equipes da AP sobre as regras tributárias.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Formação: Bacharelado em Ciências Contábeis, Tributárias ou Finanças.
  • Experiência em verificação de notas fiscais brasileiras; experiência prática com processos de Notas Fiscais e portais da SEFAZ.
  • Habilidades Técnicas: Proficiência em SAP/Oracle (Notas Fiscais e módulos); Excel avançado; conhecimento de conformidade com o SPED (EFD - ICMS/IPI, EFD - Contribuições).
  • Conhecimento Tributário: Experiência em ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ISS; codificação NCM, CFOP/CST; conciliação de 3 vias para Notas Fiscais.
  • Inglês Fluente;
  • Habilidades Interpessoais: Orientação para detalhes, cumprimento de prazos, capacidade de resolução de problemas; forte comunicação interdepartamental.
