The posting

  1. In accordance with the company’s business development needs, lead the local team to coordinate social recruitment, campus recruitment and other recruitment projects for the business unit; take charge of end‑to‑end recruitment management and recruitment data analysis.
  2. Establish and continuously optimize the recruitment management system, policies, processes and standards for the Brazil site, to ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws & regulations as well as corporate management requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain local Brazilian recruitment channels and external partnerships; manage vendors including recruitment portals and medical examination institutions.
  4. Sort out digital requirements for HR processes such as recruitment and onboarding, and drive the informatization of HR workflows.
  5. Co‑work with various HR functional modules; coordinate and mitigate labor‑related risks and compliance issues arising from recruitment and employee administration, and facilitate cross‑departmental project delivery.
  6. Align the China headquarters and local Brazil teams for cross‑border and cross‑department HR projects; support the localization implementation of headquarters policies in Brazil.
  7. Conduct Chinese‑Portuguese bilingual communication and translation work, including translation of policies, meeting materials and business documents, to support cross‑cultural communication and collaboration.De acordo com as necessidades de desenvolvimento de negócios da empresa, liderar a equipe local para coordenar projetos de recrutamento de profissionais experientes e recém‑formados da unidade de negócio, gerenciar todo o fluxo de recrutamento e realizar análise de dados de recrutamento.
  1. Criar e otimizar continuamente o sistema, políticas, processos e padrões de gestão de recrutamento da unidade no Brasil, garantindo o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista brasileira e das regras internas da empresa.
  2. Expandir e manter canais de recrutamento locais no Brasil e parcerias externas; gerenciar fornecedores, incluindo portais de vagas e instituições de exames médicos.
  3. Levantar demandas de digitalização dos processos de RH, como recrutamento e admissão, e impulsionar a informatização dos fluxos de trabalho de RH.
  4. Coordenar os diversos módulos de RH; tratar riscos trabalhistas e questões de conformidade relacionados ao recrutamento e gestão de colaboradores, além de viabilizar a execução de projetos interdepartamentais.
  5. Articular a matriz na China com as equipes locais do Brasil em projetos de RH transfronteiriços e interdepartamentais; apoiar a implementação local das políticas da matriz no território brasileiro.
  6.
