Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Monitorar as etapas de produção para identificar não conformidades e garantir que os processos sejam seguidos corretamente;
  • Realizar testes em produtos acabados e componentes, utilizando instrumentos de medição e teste para verificar conformidade com padrões técnicos;
  • Elaborar relatórios detalhados sobre os resultados das inspeções e testes, documentando não conformidades e ações corretivas;
  • Colaborar com as equipes de produção e engenharia para implementar ações corretivas quando são identificadas não conformidades;
  • Coletar e analisar dados de qualidade, buscando tendências e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos;
  • Capacitar colaboradores sobre práticas de qualidade e a importância do controle de qualidade;
  • Participar de auditorias internas para garantir a conformidade com as normas e procedimentos de qualidade da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino Médio Completo ou Técnico em áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência anterior em controle de qualidade ou inspeção, preferencialmente na indústria automotiva, será um diferencial;
  • Familiaridade com normas de qualidade e práticas de controle de qualidade;
  • Habilidade de comunicação para relatar resultados e colaborar com outras equipes, como produção e engenharia;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma, com atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com a precisão;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens à trabalho;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Camaçari/BA.
