1. 员工活动策划与项目管理 负责公司级大型员工活动（如复活节、丰收节/Festa Junina、圣诞节、足球联赛等）的策划、现场实施、活动宣传、效果评估及预算控制。 创新活动形式，提升跨文化团队的凝聚力与满意度。 2. 员工关怀制度建设与监管 负责园区员工关怀与组织氛围提升相关管理制度的撰写、流程梳理、宣贯及日常监督落地。 收集员工反馈，持续优化工作环境与关怀福利机制。 建立有效的员工关怀活动的宣传渠道，提升员工对企业行为的感知力。 3. 人事与综合行政采购管理 主导人事管理职责范围内的公共采购项目，包括全厂工衣采购、招聘中心建设期的办公设施采购、文体中心文娱设备采购等。 负责部门内日常行政采购与办公用品管理，建立清晰的消耗台账并把控成本。

任职要求 工作经验： 3年以上大型企业（制造业/汽车行业优先）员工关系、组织氛围、企业文化、人力资源管理或综合行政管理经验。

语言能力： 英语：流利（可作为日常工作及书面汇报语言）； 中文：流利者优先考虑。

综合能力： 优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力、供应商谈判管理能力以及预算把控能力。 学历要求： 人力资源管理、企业管理、公共关系或相关专业本科及以上学历。
