Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den Store-Alltag und sorgst für ein erstklassiges Kundenerlebnis auf der Verkaufsfläche - für Privatkund*innen genauso wie für Geschäftskund*innen
  • Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst Dein Team und schaffst eine positive, leistungsstarke Store-Kultur
  • Du steuerst Umsätze, KPIs und Prozesse und bringst Deine eigenen Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Stores ein

Dein Profil

  • Du hast erste Erfahrung in der Personalführung - z.B. als stellvertretende Store Leitung gesammelt - egal aus welcher Branche
  • Du bringst Begeisterung für Kundenservice, Vertrieb und Premium-Produkte mit, hierbei gilt: Apple-Affinität ein Plus, kein Muss
  • Du bist verantwortungsbewusst, behältst auch in stressigen Situationen stets den Überblick und bist hands-on
  • Du rockst den Verkaufsalltag einwandfrei in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Gehaltsspanne

2.833,00 EUR - 3.333,00 EUR brutto monatlich (bei Vollzeit, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung)
