Werkstudent / Aushilfe (m/w/d) im Bereich Apple Technik

* Die Einarbeitung findet zunächst unter der Woche von montags bis freitags statt. Nach der Einarbeitung kannst Du Deine Stunden flexibel einteilen!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt unser Serviceteam bei der Fehleranalyse und Diagnose von Apple Geräten
  • Du führst einfache technische Prüfungen und Servicearbeiten nach entsprechender Einarbeitung durch
  • Du dokumentierst Servicefälle und erfasst Aufträge ordnungsgemäß
  • Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Ausgabe von Reparaturaufträgen

Dein Profil

  • Du begeisterst Dich für Technik und möchtest diese Begeisterung mit unseren Kund*innen teilen
  • Idealerweise bringst Du auch schon Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kund*innen mit
  • Ein Quereinstieg ist bei uns möglich - in wenigen Wochen machen wir Dich fit!
  • Kommst du als Werkstudent*in zu uns, wäre es wünschenswert, wenn du noch eine Reststudienzeit von mindestens einem Jahr mitbringst
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1/C2)

Gehaltsspanne

14,00 - 15,00 EUR brutto pro Stunde (abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung)
