1、负责游戏PV、剧情动画、角色宣传动画等内容的全流程制作与落地； 1）根据项目世界观、剧情脚本及美术设定，参与前期动画表现方案制定； 2）负责或参与动画分镜（Storyboard）、Layout、镜头设计及动态演出； 3）根据角色立绘、场景、特效等既有美术资产，进行动画素材拆分、绑定及动态制作； 4）完成角色动作、表情、镜头运动、特效、转场等动画表现； 5）负责镜头后期合成、剪辑及基础音画节奏调整，最终输出可用于游戏、宣传渠道的成片； 2、负责剧情动画的镜头演出与情绪表达； 1）根据剧情内容准确把握人物关系、情绪变化及叙事节奏； 2）能通过镜头语言、角色表演、构图、景别变化、镜头运动等方式强化剧情表现； 3）尤其针对女性向游戏，能够理解并表现人物情感、暧昧感、氛围感、情绪递进等内容； 4）能够在有限动画资源下，通过镜头设计、节奏和画面调度提升动画表现力； 3、负责PV的动态包装与视觉节奏； 1）根据PV主题及音乐节奏设计镜头运动、角色动态、文字、图形动画及转场； 2）能够将静态角色立绘、场景、UI、特效等素材转化为具有动态表现力的PV画面； 3）参与PV整体节奏把控，使画面、音乐、音效与剧情情绪形成统一； 4、参与动画前期制作与规范优化； 1）能够根据需求进行简单的动态分镜、动态脚本制作； 2）与导演、策划、美术负责人沟通镜头方案，并根据反馈进行修改； 3）能够提前判断镜头实现难度、制作成本及素材需求，并提出合理的制作方案； 4）对角色拆分、骨骼绑定、特效素材等前置需求能够进行合理规划； 5）根据项目需求整理角色拆分规范、动画制作规范、输出规范等； 6）沉淀动画模板、镜头模板及可复用素材，提高后续剧情动画、PV的制作效率； 7）对项目动画资产进行整理和管理，保证文件结构及版本可追溯； 5、与其他美术及研发岗位协作； 1）与原画、角色、场景、特效、UI等美术岗位协作，推动动画素材顺利进入制作； 2）与策划、编剧、导演及程序沟通动画需求和技术实现方式； 3）跟进动画从设计、制作、修改到最终交付的完整流程； 4）能够对外部动画供应商、外包团队进行一定程度的制作沟通、质量把控和修改跟进。

1、具备扎实的2D动画专业基础，能独立完成从分镜到成片的主要制作流程； 2、2年以上商业项目动画经验，有游戏PV、剧情动画、宣传动画或相关成片作品优先，作品集需包含完整动画流程作品（分镜到成片），或至少有高质量成片可展示； 3、熟练掌握After Effects（AE）/Photoshop（PS），熟练使用其一或多项Spine/Live2DMoho/Toon Boom Harmony/TVPaint等2D动画软件/Premiere/DaVinci Resolve等剪辑软件，并能高效完成上色、特效与合成； 4、具备良好的镜头语言与节奏感，有较强的画面审美和镜头审美，能通过动作、表情、运镜准确传达情绪与角色性格； 5、熟悉角色动画、表情动画、镜头运动、节奏控制、转场及基础特效表现； 6、有较强的责任心与沟通能力，按时保质完成交付。

加分项 1、有女性向游戏、乙女游戏、恋爱游戏、二次元游戏、剧情向游戏PV/动画制作经验； 2、有独立完成高品质PV或长篇剧情动画的经验； 3、能参与动画规范制定与新人指导； 4、Unity动画资源落地经验； 5、有动画外包管理或供应商沟通经验； 6、有从0到1建立动画制作流程的经验。
