日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：数据平台是字节跳动数据中台部门，为公司多业务线（包括抖音、电商、直播和生活服务等）提供一站式大数据解决方案，涵盖数据的生产、清洗、传输、建模、分析等全流程链路，提供数据开发、实验评估、画像标签、增强分析等多元场景解决能力。同时，数据平台部门也致力于把字节跳动积累沉淀的数据中台解决方案做商业化输出，让更多行业能够应用我们的产品能力构建自己的数据中台。在火山引擎上，我们提供了营销增长套件，数据中台等相关产品解决方案，为泛互联网、金融、汽车、新零售等行业提供了行业解决方案。

1、协助数字孪生项目中的三维模型工作，依据项目需求及相关标准，参与不同等级建筑、设备、构件等各类模型的创建，保障模型的准确性、精细度与规范性； 2、参与数字孪生场景的制作与优化，结合项目的行业特性和视觉风格定位，协助完成场景的布局搭建、材质与纹理制作、灯光氛围营造等工作； 3、与团队紧密配合协作，积极参与项目需求评审、方案讨论等环节，提供三维美术技术支持与建议； 4、关注数字孪生领域的前沿技术与行业动态，持续提升个人的三维美术制作水平与效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，美术、数字媒体、动画、游戏设计、建筑/BIM等相关专业优先； 2、了解UE5引擎的基本使用，包括场景搭建、材质编辑、蓝图逻辑、动画制作、渲染输出等模块，能在指导下完成三维资源在UE5引擎中的整合与调试； 3、熟悉3ds Max、Blender等主流三维建模软件，以及Substance Painter等材质制作软件； 4、了解CAD图纸的解读流程，对Revit等BIM建模软件有一定认识者优先，有意愿学习模型数据的处理与整合并应用于数字孪生场景； 5、有一定的美术功底和设计审美，对色彩搭配、构图、材质、光影效果等有观察力和学习热情。

加分项 1、了解基于WebGL技术的数字孪生项目，对场景性能优化（加载速度、运行帧率、PC/移动端流畅交互）有学习兴趣或相关尝试经验； 2、提供个人作品集（数字孪生、3D可视化、三维建模、场景、材质等方向均可）。
