团队介绍：研发支持中心主要为各工作室提供音视频视听解决方案，支撑音视频内容制作与技术攻关，持续打造高品质游戏沉浸式视听体验。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、隶属于游戏研发-视频中台，3D动画设计师岗位，负责游戏研发与宣发期视频动画制作工作； 2、负责游戏研发中的3D动画演出制作，包括但不限于角色战斗动作、过场动画、摄像机动画等； 3、对齐导演创意，负责游戏局内表演动画制作/优化等工作，与上下游环节积极协作，高效沟通并解决问题； 4、关注技术积累，完成流程及生产规范整理。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟悉引擎，对Timeline动画有了解，有游戏研发剧情相关实习经验优先； 3、熟练使用Maya、3D Max（MotionBuilder等，如需要）3D动画软件； 4、了解AIGC，能运用相关AI工具来提升动画设计和制作的效率； 5、热爱游戏或动漫行业，对市面上优秀二次元产品的动作和演出表现有拆解和分析能力； 6、具备良好的团队协作精神，能够与其他部门同学进行高效的沟通与协作，应聘简历需附带作品。

加分项 1、有剧情编辑器开发或使用经验； 2、对绑定有了解和基础制作； 3、对于当下最新的AI动作演出生产有所了解，并可正向引入到美术与视频制作工艺流中。
