团队介绍：研发支持中心主要为各工作室提供音视频视听解决方案，支撑音视频内容制作与技术攻关，持续打造高品质游戏沉浸式视听体验。

1、隶属于游戏研发-视频中台，特效设计师岗位，负责游戏研发与宣发期视频特效工作； 2、负责游戏研发中的3D特效设计与制作，包括但不限于角色战斗特效、场景特效、过场动画等特效模块，把控特效整体风格与游戏美术整体视效高度统一； 3、与上下游环节积极协作，高效沟通并解决问题，根据导演设计意图以及动画，自行上手制作特效以及特效资源性能优化； 4、铺量发包期，对接外包制作，审核监制特效类产出，给予专业意见提升外包品质； 5、配合研发项目组优化特效资产，落地输出规范（如文件命名、格式标准）。

1、5年以上3D游戏特效设计工作经验，了解二次元文化，有完整的二次元游戏项目研发经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的视觉设计能力和色彩感，特效功底与制作技巧扎实，具备出色的审美和创意； 3、熟练使用Unity、3ds Max、Maya、UE、AE等软件工具； 4、了解AIGC，能运用相关工具提升特效设计和制作的效率； 5、热爱游戏或动漫行业，对市面上优秀二次元产品的特效表现有拆解和分析能力； 6、具备良好的团队协作精神，能够与其他部门同学高效沟通协作，理解并尊重他人创意和意见，积极分享专业知识和经验，推动项目顺利进展。
