1、负责项目中3D特效设计与制作，包括但不限于角色战斗特效、场景特效、过场动画等特效模块，把控特效整体风格与项目整体视效高度统一； 2、对接外包制作，审核监制特效类产出，给予专业意见提升外包品质； 3、与上下游环节积极协作，高效沟通并解决问题（创意交流、特效资源性能优化等）； 4、配合美术/策划迭代：优化特效资产，落地输出规范（如文件命名、格式标准）。

1、5年以上3D游戏特效设计工作经验，了解二次元文化，有完整的二次元游戏项目研发经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的视觉设计能力和色彩感，特效功底与制作技巧扎实，具备出色的审美和创意，能熟练使用Unity、3DMax等软件工具； 3、了解AIGC，能运用相关工具来提升特效设计和制作的效率； 4、热爱游戏或动漫行业，对市面上优秀二次元产品的特效表现有拆解和分析能力； 5、具备良好的团队协作精神，能够与其他部门同学进行高效的沟通与协作，理解并尊重他人的创意和意见，积极分享自己的专业知识和经验，推动项目的顺利进展。
