日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、与产品经理、策略运营及内部工程团队等密切合作，理解数据需求，提供符合业务需要的数据解决方案； 2、评估、实施和维护数据基础设施工具与技术，支持高效的数据处理、存储和查询； 3、设计、构建并优化可扩展的数据管道，完成海量数据的接入、处理和转换，支持复杂的分析查询及报表需求； 4、通过数据质量检查、校验流程和监控机制，确保数据的完整性、准确性和一致性。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、信息技术或相关领域； 2、扎实掌握SQL，对关系型和非关系型数据库原理有较好理解； 3、熟练掌握Python、Java、Go等至少一种编程语言； 4、扎实掌握数据建模、数据仓库、数据集成及ETL/ELT技术； 5、具备良好的沟通能力，能够与跨职能团队有效协作； 6、具备出色的问题解决能力，注重细节。
