1、根据项目风格要求，设计并制作游戏内3D角色的动画资产（包括但不限于角色的基础动作，技能动作，出场动画，场景物件动画，剧情动画等)； 2、制作动画标杆，达到业界较较高水准，并将其落地到项目当中；输出并维护动画的设计规范，制作规范，导出规范，存储规范，性能规范等相关文档； 3、对项目内角色及场景物件、特效物件进行骨骼绑定，蒙皮等工作，使其能达到动画设计和制作的要求； 4、负责Unity引擎动内动画资产的制作和管理；配合策划，程序进行效果联调，共同实现引擎内出色的动画表现效果； 5、不断发现美术生产过程中的痛点，并提出解决方案，与主美、TA一起提出工具需求，提高生产效率； 6、根据量产需求，拆分制作任务，监修外包供应商的量产内容及资产，确保多管线制作高质量，高效，顺畅进行。

1、五年以上游戏动作设计工作经验，参与过至少一款完整的游戏项目； 2、对运动规律，动画原理，Pose造型，构图等动画理论有深刻理解，能抓住角色性格特点进行动作设计； 3、熟练使用Maya进行3D角色动作制作；能独立完成角色，生物，场景和特效道具的骨骼绑定，熟悉表情动画、物理结算等解决方案； 4、熟练使用Unity引擎，掌握Unity引擎动画模块基础功能，了解动画状态机的工作原理为加分项； 5、具备动作捕捉及动捕数据精修经验，关注AI动画技术并能结合到工作中使用； 6、有良好的沟通协作能力，有较强的学习能力和总结能力，热爱游戏、动画及影视等艺术作品，有IP开发经验和影视动画经验为加分项。
