1、根据产品的视觉风格及需求，完成核心场景效果，制定标杆规范； 2、根据地图体量和场景原画，把控环节进度和外包制作品质； 3、在Unity中根据游戏环境调试模型资源的美术表现效果，跟进验收模型最终在实机中的实现与品质； 4、根据场景原画氛围创作并完成场景的编辑工作； 5、负责写实场景的打光和氛围处理。

1、5年以上3D游戏开发经验，有成功写实/风格化写实动作游戏项目经验加分； 2、有较强的建模能力，能合理把控模型面数，精准还原原画设定； 3、熟练使用建模软件和贴图绘制软件，熟练掌握MAYA（Blender）、ZBrush、Unity、UE引擎、PS等软件，了解材质和资源规范，合理分配以及规划，具备PBR、NPR、原画设计能力者加分； 4、有较好的沟通协调及表达能力，有推进及解决问题的意识和能力，责任心强，保持学习精神。
