1、负责PICO混合现实硬件产品的规划与定义，结合目标用户、核心使用场景、行业趋势与技术演进，明确产品定位、代际路线和关键规格，制定中长期产品路线图； 2、主导整机产品方案决策，深入显示、光学、彩色透视、空间感知、手势与眼动交互、芯片算力、功耗散热、结构与佩戴舒适性等关键模块，在体验、性能、重量、成本与进度之间做出取舍； 3、统筹产品从概念、立项、研发、试产到量产上市的全过程，建立需求管理、优先级与验收机制，协同研发、工业设计、用户体验、软件与内容生态、质量、供应链和项目管理团队，推动关键节点按期完成； 4、推动混合现实核心体验的定义与落地，围绕虚实融合、空间交互、生产力与娱乐等场景，组织样机评测与用户研究，将反馈转化为明确的产品判断与迭代方向； 5、参与产品商业规划与上市推广，牵头提炼核心卖点，参与制定定价、目标人群与上市节奏，跟踪上市后的销售、口碑表现，推动后续版本优化； 6、带领硬件产品团队，搭建产品定义与评审方法，培养团队成员，持续提升团队的专业能力与交付质量。

1、本科及以上学历，电子、光学、机械、计算机、工业设计等相关专业优先； 2、具备5年及以上消费电子或智能硬件产品经验，主导过至少一款整机产品从定义到量产上市的全过程，有扩展现实、手机、可穿戴、相机、无人机、游戏主机等复杂硬件经验者优先； 3、对显示、光学、传感、计算平台、结构等硬件技术有扎实理解，能够与工程团队深入讨论技术方案，识别关键矛盾并做出权衡决策； 4、具备较强的产品洞察与商业判断能力，能够将技术能力转化为清晰的用户价值、产品竞争力与可量化指标； 5、有团队管理或跨团队牵头经验，系统思考、沟通影响和决策推动能力强，能够在复杂多变的项目环境中带领团队持续交付结果； 6、对混合现实、空间计算和下一代人机交互有深入理解与长期兴趣，持续关注行业与用户变化。
