1、参与AIGC与3D算法研发，并推动其在MR/XR场景中的落地应用； 2、搭建高效可扩展的生成算法管线：任务建模、数据集构建、模型训练与优化、推理加速与工程化部署； 3、参与眼动算法相关数据基建建设，包括： 1）3DGS多视图重建与高质量渲染/生成； 2）Diffusion多视角图像/视频合成、可控生成。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机视觉、图形学、计算摄影、机器学习等相关专业； 2、具备优秀的编程能力，熟练掌握Python/C++等计算机语言，熟悉常见深度学习框架； 3、扎实的CV/图形学基础：多视角几何、相机模型与标定、重建与渲染、时序一致性、优化与数值计算； 4、在AIGC/3D视觉领域具备扎实的算法基础，有AIGC相关项目经验； 5、对视频/图像生成、多模态理解领域的最新进展有充分了解。

加分项 1、具备以下任一方向经验：视频生成（文/图生视频、长视频/高清）、场景生成（全景、相机可控、世界模型）、新视角合成（3D/4D）； 2、在CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS/SIGGRAPH等发表论文或有高质量开源项目贡献。
