1、全权负责TikTok直播平台虚拟礼物（主要为动画形式）的创意构思、制作落地及上线全流程，对该板块工作结果负责； 2、收集主播与用户对礼物动画的反馈意见，结合销量、用户留存率等核心数据进行分析，制定提升用户参与度、促进礼物销量增长的策略； 3、研究不同国家用户的审美偏好，依托对各地文化的理解，助力团队打造风格多元、视角丰富的虚拟礼物内容； 4、突破虚拟礼物动画的范畴，主动挖掘并提出具有价值的创意方向与落地方案，包括但不限于短视频制作、实体周边藏品开发、特效滤镜设计等领域。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，3D设计、动态与动画专业优先； 2、熟练掌握3D设计与制作工具，如C4D、Blender、Figma、Adobe创意套件等；拥有3D设计、动态与动画相关领域实习经验； 3、具备良好的审美能力，理解影视、游戏、广告等媒体项目从创意构思到落地上线的完整制作流程； 4、能在快节奏的工作环境中协作推进工作，快速迭代并产出多个创意方案； 5、沟通能力优秀，能够清晰阐述自己的创意构思、设计愿景及决策思路； 6、擅长故事表达，能够通过数字内容与受众建立情感共鸣。
