团队介绍：负责字节跳动旗下泛抖音生态的数据 BP 工作，业务版图覆盖抖音主端、直播、电商、生活服务等板块。我们以数据高效赋能业务增长为核心使命，深度扎根各业务线，以数据体系建设为根基、以业务目标达成为导向，为业务方提供专业、稳定、高效的数据服务与架构解决方案。工作内容聚焦海量数据的治理与应用，需对产品全链路数据进行复杂且深度的分析挖掘；深度参与大数据产品的迭代优化，探索前沿数据技术在业务场景中的落地实践，在字节跳动的技术土壤中实现个人能力与业务价值的双重增长。

1、AI数据分析能力：结合字节跳动领域的数据分析场景，从业务场景出发，基于LLM能力构建智能化的数据分析产品，帮助业务高效地进行数据分析、归因与诊断； 2、AI数据资产挖掘：建设自动化数据资产构建与挖掘能力，快速沉淀业务域内的优质数据资产，供给给域内各类Agent使用，提升交付质量与效率； 3、智能数据服务：适配AI时代的新数据服务范式，自动化打通离线生产到线上化数据消费链路，为上层业务提供高效、自动化的数据服务自动化交付能力； 4、上层业务赋能：深入理解业务场景与指标体系，与业务、产品及数仓团队，提供稳定、高质量、低延迟的数据服务支撑。

1、传统编码基本功扎实，具备良好的软件工程思维以及架构能力； 2、熟练在各种工作场景中运用大模型进行提效，基于大模型交付高质量的代码；具备基于大模型进行跨主力语言办公的能力（例如主力语言为Go，可以交付Python、Rust、Java项目）； 3、对大语言模型（如GPT系列、开源模型等）有较深的了解，参与过相关Agent工程的研发，并拿到确定性的落地成果； 4、具备优秀的逻辑思维和解决问题的能力，能够独立分析和处理复杂的技术挑战； 5、有主导或参与过Text-to-SQL工具、Data Agent、自动化数据洞察或相关数据类大模型智能体落地经验者优先；熟练掌握维度建模理论，具备丰富的数据仓库从0到1或复杂数据域的建模及开发经验，精通复杂SQL的编写与性能调优者优先； 6、熟悉ClickHouse、Doris、StarRocks等现代化MPP数据库，对实时数仓建设有深刻理解，或在大数据/AI相关开源社区有贡献记录者优先。
