1、负责AI智能平台的后端研发工作，包括产品需求分析，架构设计、技术攻坚，产品开发与优化工作； 2、与前端，产品，UI一起提升产品的用户体验，打造卓越的智能化产品（GUI/LUI）； 3、关注质量智能领域前沿AI技术发展，能够将新知识传递给团队，并且转化到潜在项目中。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、通信等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的计算机基础知识，熟悉常用的数据结构与算法，并能在日常研发中灵活使用； 3、有较强的学习能力，有强烈的求知欲、好奇心和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术； 4、深入了解大语言模型相关技术及应用，有AI工程落地经验者优先；有系统架构经验优先； 5、能够独立完成一个复杂模块或项目的研发工作； 6、具备较强的责任感、团队合作精神、逻辑思维能力和表达能力。
