1、负责抖音、番茄小说、剪映等产品的体验数据分析与问题挖掘，驱动问题发现到优化的闭环； 2、设计并落地数据分析挖掘智能体，基于多Agent协作模式，建立并完善Agent评测体系，持续迭代模型与策略，解决更复杂、更开放的分析课题； 3、沉淀通用分析方法与工作流，支撑平台化与规模化复用。

1、计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、3-5年以上体验挖掘经验，熟练掌握的统计学相关知识与SQL技巧，具备AI应用项目的相关经验或算法背景，熟悉LLM应用架构，PE工程化和数据评测等，对于Agent，RAG，SFT、RL等有基本的认知和理解； 3、有良好的逻辑思维能力，优秀的分析问题及解决问题的能力，学习及自我驱动能力强，能独立探索并协同解决问题。
