团队介绍：负责字节跳动旗下泛抖音生态的数据 BP 工作，业务版图覆盖抖音主端、直播、电商、生活服务等板块。我们以数据高效赋能业务增长为核心使命，深度扎根各业务线，以数据体系建设为根基、以业务目标达成为导向，为业务方提供专业、稳定、高效的数据服务与架构解决方案。工作内容聚焦海量数据的治理与应用，需对产品全链路数据进行复杂且深度的分析挖掘；深度参与大数据产品的迭代优化，探索前沿数据技术在业务场景中的落地实践，在字节跳动的技术土壤中实现个人能力与业务价值的双重增长。

1、负责企业级AI Agent的设计、开发、迭代与落地工作，基于数据链路搭建智能化工作流，依托LangChain、Embedding等主流技术框架，结合Function Calling、ReAct、Planning、Agent记忆（Memory）等核心能力，搭建可复用、高稳定的智能Agent Workflow体系； 2、通过AI Agent赋能研发、产品、业务全流程，以AI为生产力放大器，落地数据与AI双驱动的提效方案，持续优化Agent场景落地范式，推动团队、业务智能化升级。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数据、人工智能等相关专业，具备扎实的编程功底与工程素养，熟练掌握Python核心开发技术，拥有完整的AI Agent独立开发、迭代与落地项目经验； 2、深入理解AI Agent核心技术原理，熟练掌握Function Calling、ReAct、Agent记忆（Memory）、Planning、Workflow等核心机制，能够独立完成Agent智能决策、任务规划、记忆管理、工具调用链路的开发与优化； 3、熟练使用LangChain框架，掌握Embedding向量检索、语义匹配等相关技术，具备向量数据库应用、智能问答、自动化任务流程搭建实战经验； 4、具备良好的数据链路认知，熟悉AI Agent数据消费逻辑，能够结合业务、研发场景打磨Agent能力，解决实际业务提效痛点，优化Agent落地稳定性与实用性； 5、对AI新技术保持高度敏感，敢于创新、乐于拥抱变化，正确认知AI的生产力赋能价值，主动探索Agent前沿技术与业务落地新场景； 6、具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通协作能力，能够高效推进AI Agent项目迭代，沉淀标准化的Agent开发规范与场景应用范式。
