1、参与用户增长方向Agent产品和工具的设计、开发与优化； 2、深入理解业务场景，主动发现适合通过Agent提效或创新的机会，完成方案验证并推动落地； 3、参与模型接入、知识检索、工具调用、任务编排等Agent能力的开发； 4、探索Agent场景下的人机交互方式，做好任务过程反馈、用户确认、人工介入和异常处理； 5、关注Agent的实际使用效果，结合测试、用户反馈和问题分析持续优化产品体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统和数据库等基础知识； 3、熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，具备良好的编程能力和代码习惯，能够快速学习并使用新的技术解决实际问题； 4、具备基本的全栈研发能力，了解前端、后端、API、数据库和鉴权等基础知识，能够独立完成完整功能的开发与联调； 5、了解大语言模型和Agent的基本原理，有Agent或大模型应用实践，能够清楚说明项目中的问题、方案和迭代过程； 6、关注Agent场景下的人机交互，能够从用户视角思考任务反馈、用户确认、执行中断和异常恢复等问题；对业务有好奇心，愿意主动发现和解决问题，具备良好的学习、沟通和团队协作能力。

加分项： 1、有独立完成或长期维护的Agent项目； 2、使用过Agent框架、MCP或相关工具调用协议； 3、有使用AI Coding工具改善研发流程的实践； 4、有开源项目、技术比赛或完整产品实践经历； 5、对用户增长、推荐、广告或营销业务有一定了解。
