团队介绍：抖音增长团队（User Growth）负责抖音旗下产品的增长工作。我们帮助产品量身定做增长方案，并运用营销、产品、数据分析等方式达成业务增长目标。UG团队维护和优化一系列类似付费广告、裂变、导量等成熟的产品增长方案，并熟练将其应用到各种不同的业务中，推动业务增长；同时当发现新的增长机会时，我们也及时构建新的解决方案，帮助业务实现突破。加入 UG 团队，可以负责亿级用户产品的增长工作，掌握业界先进、第一手的增长实践。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与抖音业务中的Agent应用算法工作，包含抖音、抖音极速版、AI抖音等多端业务； 2、探索Agent前沿方案，构建抖音中的AI助手等应用，为用户提供全新的使用体验，为业务创造新的增长点； 3、通过Harness优化、评估器优化、Agentic模型精调等方式，持续迭代Agent效果； 4、直接参与由研发、产品、运营、数据分析等多种工作角色构成的混合一线团队，直面用户体验和业务协作的痛点，以一手信息为基础设计并实现算法优化方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的创造能力、学习能力和知识泛化能力，能够以目标为导向迅速上手并解决实际问题；对基于大模型能力解决挑战性问题充满激情；善于沟通，工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力； 3、有大模型算法应用经验，在工作或个人项目中接触过以下至少一类工作：Agent构建、模型精调、上下文工程、RAG； 4、在会议发表论文，或ACM/机器学习/各学科奥林匹克等竞赛获奖者优先。
