1、负责大模型Agent体系（Harness、MAS等）架构设计和落地，搭建高可用、高扩展的Agent研发平台； 2、攻坚Agent核心技术，优化Prompt工程、Skill管理、Context管理、Harness执行管控机制，解决落地技术瓶颈； 3、学习和研究新技术以提高测试效率和质量； 4、对产品提出改进建议以建立较好的用户感受，对项目提出改进建议以提高项目整体效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业； 2、扎实的数据结构和算法基础，熟悉至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Go、Python、Java、OC、C、C++、PHP； 3、对AI技术与Agent系统有浓厚兴趣，具备主动学习与动手实践能力，有独立搭建过LLM Agent或Demo者优先； 4、持续追踪最新的技术进展（Claude code、Deepresearch等），能快速理解和复现相关技术博客或者期刊的技术方案者优先； 5、了解常用客户端、服务端开发或测试工具，如自动化框架、压测工具、大数据处理工具者优先。
