1、负责Agent类产品的端到端开发，包括前端交互层与后端推理/工具调用链路； 2、基于React构建高质量的人机交互界面，支撑对话、工作流编排、可视化等复杂场景； 3、设计并实现Python后端服务，对接LLM、向量数据库、工具API，构建稳定可扩展的Agent Runtime； 4、持续优化产品体验与系统性能，推动工程化落地。

1、3年以上React/Python开发经验，计算机相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、精通React生态（Hooks、状态管理、性能优化），能独立交付复杂前端应用； 3、精通Python，熟悉FastAPI/Flask等后端框架，具备良好的工程习惯与系统设计能力； 4、熟悉LLM应用开发模式（RAG、Function Calling、Multi-Agent、Prompt Engineering），了解主流向量数据库（Milvus/Pinecone/Chroma）与Agent框架（LangChain/LlamaIndex/CrewAI等）； 5、具备产品思维与业务理解力，有独立主导功能模块从需求到上线的完整交付经历； 6、具备较强的问题拆解能力与自驱力，能在不确定场景下快速迭代。
