1、负责大语言模型在巨量星图场景的工程化落地，搭建脚本/视频创作、智能对话、Agent等应用的技术框架与工具，以提升客户、达人及服务商的效率； 2、了解SFT/RLHF等大模型优化技术，与算法同学一起构建工程链路来优化内容生成，包括且不限于内容可植入判断、脚本生成、素材创意感知等场景； 3、基于多模态大模型，设计并构建支持大量级数据的高可用系统，实现文本、短视频、直播切片的理解与推荐； 4、探索并搭建内容营销Agent系统，通过Planner、AutoPrompt、上下文工程等技术构建灵活的自规划Agent，满足客户在简报理解、创意洞察、内容策略生成、达人匹配等不同场景的差异化需求； 5、跟进大模型领域前沿技术，将其转化为可落地的工程方案，搭建技术适配的平台框架，提升平台的智能化水平。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具备熟练的Python/Go语言编程能力和良好的编程习惯和代码管理能力；熟悉服务端基础技术，包括但不限于Ray、数据库、消息队列、ES等，能够高效地进行后端服务的开发与维护； 3、有AI应用项目的相关经历，熟悉LLM应用架构，PE工程、上下文工程和数据评测等，对于Agent，RAG，ReAct等技术有认知和实践； 4、创新能力和创新意识比较强，对于不断探索新的AI技术和应用场景有强烈意愿和主观能动性，能紧跟AI领域的最新发展动态，不断提升自己的专业知识和技能； 5、具备良好的沟通技巧，能够与业务和算法团队有效沟通，理解业务需求，并将其转化为技术实现。
