1、负责代码Agent系统的设计、研发与框架建设： 1）包括任务拆解、流程编排、上下文构建、工具调用、结果汇总等核心链路建设； 2）建设可复用的Agent Harness/Framework，沉淀通用的任务模板、工具协议、运行机制与调试能力，提升多项目复用效率； 2、负责代码理解与程序分析场景的Agent能力建设： 1）提升复杂代码场景下的分析深度、稳定性与可解释性； 2）结合代码仓库、需求文档、规约、实验说明、历史缺陷等多源信息，设计适用于业务场景的上下文组织与检索机制； 3、参与代码知识与业务知识建模，推动将离散经验、规约、缺陷模式沉淀为Agent可理解、可调用、可演进的知识资产； 4、建设Agent评测与优化体系，包括数据集构建、指标设计、案例回放、效果归因与迭代机制，持续提升分析质量； 5、与QA、研发、业务产品等角色协作，围绕真实质量问题和业务诉求推动能力落地，形成可验证的业务价值闭环；持续跟进行业前沿，包括LLM Agent、程序分析、代码检索、知识增强、推理框架等方向，并结合业务场景完成工程化落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备扎实的软件工程、数据结构与算法基础； 2、熟悉Python、Go、Java等至少一种后端开发语言，具备良好的工程实现能力与系统设计能力； 3、具备Agent、LLM应用、工作流编排或相关智能系统研发经验，理解Prompt、Tool Use、Memory、Planning、RAG等基本机制； 4、对代码理解、静态分析、程序分析、代码检索、代码生成、代码评审等方向有实践经验者优先； 5、熟悉向量检索、知识库构建、数据处理、评测体系建设等能力，有复杂上下文组织经验者优先； 6、具备良好的问题分析与协作能力，能够与研发、测试、产品等多角色共同推进复杂项目。
