日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责多闪仔仔Agent评测体系搭建，包括对话相关测评集、制定测评标准与标准化SOP； 2、负责日常评测工作，精准发现、梳理并深度分析Agent运行及能力问题，形成有效结论； 3、联动算法团队输出问题清单与优化建议，持续反哺算法迭代与模型调优； 4、跟进Agent能力迭代效果，复盘测评数据，动态优化测评规则与流程。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有AI产品运营的相关经验，对AI和社交有热情，具备行业的认知和思考；了解AI Agent基本架构与工作逻辑，有大模型、AI Agent评测经验； 3、有优秀的沟通能力、自驱力，善于跨部门沟通，有较强的责任心，敢于担当； 4、有较强的自我驱动和学习能力。
