1、参与AI创意工具建设，围绕视频素材的生成、理解和加工，帮助客户更轻松地完成内容创作，服务品牌广告、电商经营、达人营销等业务场景； 2、参与自动化视频生成系统建设，基于Agent架构，打造从需求理解、任务规划到内容生成和结果优化的完整链路； 3、参与AIGC内容效果反馈闭环建设，结合内容识别、相似度分析、效果追踪等能力，持续优化模型效果、产品体验和系统能力； 4、参与后端系统和工程能力建设，支持AI应用在线上稳定运行，包括任务调度、服务治理、性能优化和问题排查等工作。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业优先； 2、有扎实的数据结构和算法基础，编码能力良好，熟悉Linux开发环境，熟练掌握Golang、Python中至少一种语言； 3、对AIGC、Agent、AI应用等方向有兴趣；有相关项目、比赛、实习或个人作品加分； 4、有一定后端基础，了解服务端开发的基本方法和常见问题，比如任务调度、服务限流、稳定性优化等； 5、有较强的问题分析和动手能力，愿意钻研，也愿意把事情推进落地； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够和产品、算法、设计、业务等同学一起推进项目。

加分项 1、英语听说读写能力较好，能够适应国际化团队协作； 2、深度使用过一款或多款AI产品，对AI应用的产品体验和技术逻辑有自己的理解； 3、有多模态生成、智能体系统、推荐/广告、内容平台相关经验或项目积累。
