1、参与面向业务场景的Agent系统设计与研发，构建覆盖需求理解、测试生成、代码评审、缺陷发现等核心场景的端到端Agent工作流；持续跟进前沿技术，推动新技术在质量场景中的落地应用，形成可验证的业务价值； 2、参与Agent核心链路建设，包括任务规划、上下文构建、多工具调用编排、结果汇总验证等关键环节，持续提升Agent的分析深度、稳定性与可靠性； 3、参与可复用Agent框架的设计与沉淀，包括通用任务模板、工具协议规范、执行管控机制、调试与评测能力，提升多场景下的复用效率与工程化水平。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Python/Java/Go至少一门编程语言； 3、熟悉主流Agent编排框架与开源生态，熟悉Agent范式并有实际的项目经验； 4、良好的结构化表达能力与独立思考能力，能够在快速变化的AI领域中主动探索、持续学习与落地。

加分项 1、有开源项目贡献、技术博客或优秀的AI Agent个人项目； 2、有程序分析、质量保障相关领域的研究经验； 3、发表过AI或软件工程领域顶级会议/期刊论文。
