团队介绍：抖音增长团队（User Growth）负责抖音旗下产品的增长工作。我们帮助产品量身定做增长方案，并运用营销、产品、数据分析等方式达成业务增长目标。UG团队维护和优化一系列类似付费广告、裂变、导量等成熟的产品增长方案，并熟练将其应用到各种不同的业务中，推动业务增长；同时当发现新的增长机会时，我们也及时构建新的解决方案，帮助业务实现突破。加入 UG 团队，可以负责亿级用户产品的增长工作，掌握业界先进、第一手的增长实践。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责面向抖音用户场景的AI产品探索和落地； 2、直接参与由研发、产品、运营、数据分析等多种工作角色构成的混合一线团队，构建抖音中的AI助手等应用，为业务创造新的增长点； 3、在Agent类产品中，参与用户交互、工作流设计、Harness设计、评估设计和迭代等工作； 4、深度参与Agent/Memory工作，包括但不限于对话总结压缩、上下文记忆工程迭代，用户偏好画像构建与检索召回，及其相关的Schema设计、评估体系建设、召回策略设计、Harness工程等，为AI产品提供高质量上下文基建与个性化服务。

1、本科及以上学历在读，人工智能、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、深度体验过Agent类产品，并熟悉Agent领域前沿概念和原理； 3、熟悉大模型/Agent评估体系，对评估集构建、评测方法有基本认知； 4、有实操做过AI项目的优先，包括但不限于Harness优化、上下文工程、Skill、工作流、模型后训练。
