1、参与企业级Agent全栈能力建设，包括核心能力（Agent运行时、上下文工程、工具编排、任务调度、安全策略等）、通用产品与数字员工能力（企业身份与权限治理、目标感知与主动推进、多Agent协作编排、组织记忆与进化机制）及企业能力供给层（企业上下文、工具与技能生态、核心系统的智能体化改造、生成式交互）； 2、建设Agent效果评测与自进化闭环，实现"用AI优化AI"； 3、持续跟进Agent与大模型前沿进展，把论文与业界最佳实践快速落地为生产可用的方案； 4、主导核心方向的架构设计与关键技术决策，推动跨团队协作落地，并实现规模化交付。

1、本科及以上学历，扎实的逻辑推理基础与工程判断力； 2、熟练掌握至少一门研发语言，具备良好的研发能力； 3、对大模型有基本理解，熟悉Agent关键技术； 4、强烈的好奇心与学习能力，对AI原生应用有热情，积极实践与探索； 5、负责人意识与结果导向，能独立推进方向落地。

具备以下经验者优先： 1、有Agent系统/Harness/多Agent协作的设计与实现经验； 2、有工具协议接入、技能体系、沙箱执行环境、Agent可观测与评测体系相关实践； 3、有高并发在线服务的性能治理、稳定性与容灾建设经验； 4、深度使用过主流AI编程工具或通用Agent产品，对AI原生研发范式有自己的理解； 5、有顶会论文、开源项目贡献，或活跃于AI/开发者工具社区。
